Joel Fonseca nunca ha sido la persona más responsable de su barrio. A sus 28 años todavía vive con su padre y su única motivación para despertarse en la mañana es tocar la guitarra y beber cerveza. Pero en este día su ajetreada rutina será interrumpida cuando su hermana mayor le pide que cuide a su hijo.

Joel has never been the most responsible person in his neighborhood. At 28 he’s still living with his father and his only motivation for waking up in the mornings is having a beer and playing his guitar. But on this particular day his busy routine will be interrupted when his sister asks him to take care of her child.

ENRIQUE PÉREZ HIM (Panamá, 21/10/1982) Se licenció en la carrera de mercadeo y publicidad en la Universidad Latinoamericana de Ciencia y Tecnología (ULACIT), y es egresado de la EICTV en San Antonio de los Baños, Cuba. Empezó experimentando con el video a los 14 años en Ciudad de Panamá. Luego trabajó en producciones de TV y publicidad, y produjo y dirigió sus primeros cortometrajes. Su último cortometraje, Hombre atado a una silla, ganó el premio al mejor cortometraje centroamericano y mejor guión en el festival de cine y video centroamericano, ICARO. En 2009, dirigió su primer largometraje, PURO MULA, en Guatemala, película que se estrenará en 2011 en cines de Centroamérica. Actualmente se encuentra desarrollando su segundo largometraje, JUEGA VIVO, que será filmada en Panamá en 2012.

ENRIQUE PÉREZ HIM (Panamá, 10/21/1982) He majored in marketing and advertising and studied in the EICTV (Cuba) He started experimenting at 14 in Panama City. After college, Enrique worked in video production for advertising and TV and he managed to produce some of his own short films. His last short film, Tied to a chair, won the awards for best short film and best screenplay at the ICARO Central American Film Festival. In 2009 he shot his first feature film, Puro Mula in Guatemala which will be released in Central American theatres this year. Enrique is now back in Panama working on the development of his second feature film, Juega Vivo.
