Sinopsis / Synopsis

Nos aferramos a un individuo o a un grupo de personas con quienes nos identificamos y que nos aceptan. Captar este sentimiento (simbólico o real) es esencial para comprender el discurso de los individuos biculturales y la imagen que la sociedad tiene de ellos. A través su testimonio, esta película nos enfrenta a la realidad de una vida entre dos culturas.

We hold on to an individual or to a group of people with whom we identify and who accepts us. To grab this symbolic or realistic feeling is essential to understand the discourse of bi-cultural individuals, and the image that the society has of them. Through the testimony of bi-cultural individuals, this film confronts us to the reality of a life between two cultures.

Biofilmografia / Biofilmography

LUC GODONOU DOSSOU (París, FRANCIA, 1973). Su primera película, "Road to glory" (2016), un cortometraje documental, ganó el premio al mejor documental en el Festival of Nations (Lenzing, Austria) y el premio del público en La nuit du court (Lausanne, Suiza). "Metis" es su segunda película como director.

LUC GODONOU DOSSOU (Paris, FRANCE, 1973). His first movie is "Road to glory" (2016), a short film documentary that won the Festival of Nation's Best documentary film award 2017 in Lenzing (Austria) and the Audience Award at La nuit du court (Lausanne, Switzerland). This is his second film as a director.
