Sinopsis / Synopsis

Alejandra lleva a su ex novio al pantano donde solían ir juntos. Hace meses que no se ven, pero ella necesita hablar con él, reflexionar sobre lo que fue su relación y saber si mereció la pena antes de despedirse de él para siempre.

Alexandra takes her ex boyfriend to the lake where they used to go together. She needs to talk to him, ask him what really happened through their relationship, she needs to know it was worth it before she says goodbye forever.

Biofilmografia / Biofilmography

VIRGINIA LLERA (Madrid, 1980) Estudió Comunicación Audiovisual en la Universidad Complutense de Madrid y montaje en la ECAM. Ha trabajado en numerosos cortometrajes, series, publicidad y largometrajes desempeñando distintos puestos como montadora, ayudante de montaje y script. En 2005 crea su propia productora para la producción y dirección de su primer cortometraje, El cumpleaños. Durante 2007 y 2008 trabajó como ayudante de montaje en Che (El Argentino y Guerrilla), de Steven Soderbergh y rodó los cortometrajes Hotel Room y Live, love, laugh, but… durante la filmación de El Argentino. En 2008 ha producido y dirigido los cortometrajes Mentiras-Lies, el musical y Culpa de la luna, que estrenará durante 2009. También ha producido Celos, una teoría de Jorge Galeano. Recientemente ha trabajado como script de Antonio Hernández (La ciudad sin límites, Los Borgia) en la película Días sin luz.

VIRGINIA LLERA (Madrid, 1980) She studied Communication in the Complutense University College in Madrid and editing in ECAM (Escuela de Cinematografía y Audiovisual de la Comunidad de Madrid). She’s worked for several years in around 40 short films, features, serials and commercials as a script supervisor, editor, assistant director and production assistant. She creates Suspiro Films in 2005 to produce The Birthday her first short-film in 35mm. In July 2007 she becomes Steven Soderbergh’s personal assistant editor for the features Guerrilla and The Argentine. During the shooting, she shoots two more shorts: Hotel Room (made out of stills) and Live, love, laugh, but… (with Demian Bichir and Rodrigo Santoro) She’s recently directed and produced Mentiras-Lies a musical-short-film and Culpa de la luna (Blame it on the moon), and has produced Celos, una teoría (Jealousy, just a theory) directed by Jorge Galeano.
