Marat, un hombre al que se le da por muerto, regresa a su ciudad natal para restaurar sus documentos. Sin embargo, su regreso resulta imposible. La película cuenta la vida de los veteranos después de la operación militar y la actitud social hacia ellos, así como la guerra, que dura ya siete años en Ucrania.

Marat, a man presumed dead, returns to his hometown to restore his documents. However, his return proves impossible. The film tells about the life of veterans after the military operation and the social attitude towards them, as well as the war, which has been going on for seven years in Ukraine.
