Sinopsis / Synopsis

El nieto de un excombatiente alemán durante la segunda guerra mundial, recorre un antiguo viaje que su abuelo, Ernesto Fleck, realizó en Agosto del 1944 a través de Francia huyendo de las fuerzas aliadas. Gracias a este viaje y a los familiares de Ernesto, ahondará en la complejidad de la memoria familiar y el sentimiento de culpa.

The grandson of a German veteran during World War II, travels an ancient journey through France that his grandfather, Ernesto Fleck, made in August 1944 to escape the Allied forces. Thanks to this journey and the family of Ernesto, he delves into the complexities of the family memories and the guilt feelings.

LLUC GÜELL (Barcelona, 11/02/1983) Se gradúa por la ESCAC (Escuela superior de cine de Cataluña) en 2008. Desde entonces, participa en distintos proyectos audiovisuales en el mundo de la televisión y el documental. Como proyecto final de carrera, realiza un cortometraje sobre las relaciones humanas en situaciones límite (Camas Calientes), y un documental sobre los años en que su abuelo participó en la segunda guerra mundial en el bando alemán (Lejos de Saint Nazaire)

LLUC GÜELL (Barcelona, Spain, 02/11/1983) He graduated from ESCAC (Film School of Catalonia) in 2008. Since then, he has participated in various audiovisual projects in the field of television and documentary films. As a final project, he made a short film about human relations in extreme situations (Camas Calientes, A shared Bed), and a documentary film about the years that his grandfather spent in the Second World War on the german side (Far from Saint Nazaire)
