La Primavera de Juan Pita nos enseña el proceso de creación de una obra artística. A lo largo de varias sesiones el documental se recrea en las técnicas empleadas y en las distintas etapas de la creación. Asimismo nos devela las anécdotas que ocurren en el estudio del artista.

"The Spring by Juan Pita" shows the process of creation of an artistic piece, a painting by artist Juan Pita. Following several painting sessions, this documentary depicts the techniques and the different stages of the creative process. At the same time, it uncovers anecdotes that are part of the artist's studio.

Biofilmografia / Biofilmography

MIGUEL PITA (Madrid, 29/09/1976) Se licenció en Biología en 1999. Desde 2007 es Doctor en Ciencias y profesor de Genética de la Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. Así como guionista, editor y director de numerosos cortometrajes ("Muerte letal", "Los revientapelículas", "Tarde de Fútbol") y vídeoclips ("La Disco", de Los Guapos, "Extraños en un tren" de Rat...).

MIGUEL PITA (Madrid, Spain, 09/29/1976) In 2007 he obtained his PhD and since then he works as a teacher and researcher at the Universidad Autonoma of Madrid. Also he is screenwriter, editor and director of several shortmovies ("Muerte letal", "Los revientapelículas", "Tarde de Fútbol") as well as music videos ("La Disco", by Los Guapos, "Extraños en un tren" by Rat...) .
