Adaptación del libro de Miguel Calatayud “El Pie Frito” que narra los orígenes de Jaime el Barbudo, un campesino que, arrastrado por las circunstancias, inicia su vida de bandolero por las tierras valencianas de principios del siglo XIX.

Adaptation of the Miguel Calatayud's book "The Fried Foot" which chronicles the origins of Jaime the Bearded, a farmer who begins its life as a bandit by the early nineteenth century.

SAMI NATSHEH (Sevilla, 21/12/1978) Licenciado en Comunicación Audiovisual en la Facultad de Ciencias de la Información de Sevilla, es autor de diversos cortometrajes de la productora sevillana Áralan Films S.L. Espagueti Western (2008), supone su debut en la animación y la nominación al premio Goya al Mejor Cortometraje de Animación. A éste le seguiría La leyenda del ladrón del Árbol de los Colgados (2009).
ARLY JONES (Alicante, 27/07/1968) Ilustrador alicantino. De 1984 a 1989 realiza estudios de Diseño gráfico y Moda en la Escuela de Artes y Oficios de Valencia. Sus dibujos y diseños han aparecido en revistas como I+D, The face, Vogue, Woman, On diseño... En 2002 intergra el equipo de diseño de Norma Animation para la producción de dibujos animados Tom de Daniel Torres. Ha colaborado como dibujante de fondos para la productora de dibujos animados Red Mouse Factory.

SAMI NATSHEH (Sevilla, Spain, 12/21/1978) He is Licensed in Audiovisual Communication in Seville University. He’s director of some short films in Aralan Films S.L. and is graphic designer. He also writes in the fantastic magazine pasadizo.com. He directed “Attack of the incredible hands-melting man from outer space” (2004), a humoristic science-fiction film that was winner of some awards in festivals. He also directed the documental “UFO Project” (2006). “Spaghetti Western” is his first animation film, nominated to Best Shortfilm Award at Goya Awards, and he has now directed “The legend of Sir Owen McKinley”, both of Aralan Films.
ARLY JONES (Alicante, Spain, 07/27/1968) Illustrator from Alicante. From 1984 to 1989 he studied Graphic Design and Fashion in the School of Arts and Crafts in Valencia. His drawings and designs have appeared in magazines such as I+D, The face, Vogue, Woman, On diseño... In 2002 he enters in the design team of Norma Animation to produce Tom of Daniel Torres.. He has worked as a draftsman of backgrounds for Red Mouse Factory.
