Sinopsis / Synopsis

Una madre viaja desde el delta del Danubio a Bucarest para celebrar el 40 cumpleaños de su hijo. Lo que está a punto de descubrir la hará reflexionar sobre el amor y la devoción.

A mother travels a long way from the Danube Delta to Bucharest in order to celebrate her son’s 40th birthday. What she’s about to find out will make her think about love and devotion.

Biofilmografia / Biofilmography

EMANUEL PARVU (Bucarest, RUMANIA, 1979). Se graduó en interpretación en la Universidad Nacional Rumana de Teatro y Cine y tiene una Maestría en el Arte de la Actuación y un Doctorado en Estructuras Dramatúrgicas. Es profesor de doctorado en interpretación en la Universidad Nacional Rumana de Teatro y Cine. Es conocido por sus papeles en "Cristian Mungiu’s Graduation", "Tales from the Golden Age", "Adrian Sitaru’s Art", "Contantin Popescu’s", "The Portrait of the Fighter" y, más recientemente, "Dan Chisu’s Aniversary". Su primer largometraje, "Meda or The not so bright side of things", fue galardonado con Corazón de Sarajevo a Mejor Director y Corazón de Sarajevo a Mejor Actor. "Everything is far away" (título original: "Totul e foarte departe") es su sexta película como director.

EMANUEL PARVU (Bucharest, ROMANIA, 1979). He graduated the acting class from the Romanian National University for Theater and Film and holds a Master Degree in the Art of Acting and a PHD in the Dramaturgical Structures. He is a PhD Lecturer in Acting at the Romanian National University for Theatre and Film. He is known for his roles in: "Cristian Mungiu’s Graduation", "Tales from the Golden Age", "Adrian Sitaru’s Art", "Contantin Popescu’s", "The Portrait of the Fighter" and most recently "Dan Chisu’s Aniversary". His debut feature “Meda or The not so bright side of things” was awarded Heart of Sarajevo for Best Director and Heart of Sarajevo for Best Actor. "Everything is far away" (original title: "Totul e foarte departe") is his sixth film as a director.
