Biofilmografia / Biofilmography

MATTEO FACCENDA (Roma, ITALIA, 1984), licenciado por la Universidad LaSapienza de Roma, Artes y Ciencias del Espectáculo, Plan de Estudios de Cine. Diplomado en el curso de Guión TRACCE S.N.C. Diplomado en Montaje por la EICTV (Escuela Internacional de Cine y Televisión 2014-2017, Cuba). Comienza como fotógrafo freelance, realizó reportajes en África sobre la lucha del Pueblo Saharaui, sobre los sin techo en Roma, sobre las protestas del Movimiento 15M en Madrid. Director, productor y montador, realiza documentales y cortometrajes en Asia, Europa y el Caribe tratando temas como la espiritualidad, la identidad y el viaje interior. Desde 2014 hasta hoy vive entre Roma y La Habana. En 2018 participa en el evento Guadalajara Talents en México en colaboración con Berlinale-Talents. En 2020 funda su productora CORALMENTE FILM. Actualmente en preparación de su primer largometraje de ficción ambientado en La Habana "El Trono del Rey". En 2023 participará en la Berlinale Talent's.

MATTEO FACCENDA (Rome, ITALIA, 1984), graduated from LaSapienza University of Rome, Arts and Sciences of Performing Arts, Film Curriculum. Graduated from the Script course TRACCE S.N.C. Degree in Editing from EICTV (International School of Film and Television 2014-2017,Cuba). Starts like freelance photographer, he made reports in Africa on the struggle of the Saharawi people, on the homeless in Rome, on the protests of the 15M Movement in Madrid. Director, producer and editor, he makes documentaries and shorts in Asia, Europe and the Caribbean dealing with themes such as spirituality, identity and inner journey. From 2014 until today he lived between Rome and Havana. In 2018 he participates in the Guadalajara Talents event in Mexico in collaboration with Berlinale-Talents. In 2020 he founded his production company CORALMENTE FILM. Currently in preparation of his first fiction feature film set in Havana "The Throne of the King". In 2023 will participate to Berlinale Talent’s.
