Moding y Lotyang son dos hermanos de un programa de alimentación para desnutridos en Karamoja, Uganda. Cuando la ONG África Directo paga la operación de cataratas de Lotyang, ambos abandonan el poblado por primera vez y viajan con su madre al único hospital que acepta el caso.

Moding and Lotyang are two brothers from the feeding program for the malnourished in Karamoja, Uganda. When the NGO África Directo pays for Lotyang's cataract surgery, both leave the village for the first time and travel with their mother to the only hospital that takes on the case.

AGUSTÍN MÁRQUEZ GÓMEZ (Madrid, España, 1991) Se licenció como ingeniero en la universidad UPM de Madrid y en la universidad IIT en Chicago. Además, estudió pintura y diseño en la ESDIP. Desde entonces ha trabajado en cine, como director y productor de películas independientes. En África ha filmado reportajes en colaboración con la ONG África Directo para informar de situaciones en países como Uganda, Kenia, Camerún y Sudán del Sur. Sus principales documentales son: Brothers (2022), The land for yesterday(2023), Constanza (2025) y La Barraca (2025).

AGUSTÍN MÁRQUEZ GÓMEZ (Madrid, Spain, 1991) Graduated with a degree in engineering from the UPM University in Madrid and the IIT University in Chicago. He also studied painting and design at ESDIP. Since then, he has worked in film, as a director and producer of independent films. In Africa, he has filmed documentaries in collaboration with the NGO África Directo, reporting on situations in countries such as Uganda, Kenya, Cameroon, and South Sudan. His main documentaries are: Brothers (2022), The Land for Yesterday (2023), Constanza (2025), and La Barraca (2025).
