Synopsis / Synopsis

Un calor agobiante y crisis económica en la ciudad costera más importante de Argentina. "Mikei" comienza a trabajar para Oscar, un autoproclamado inventor de los "trenes de la alegría". Una vez en el tren, conocerá a una princesa y encontrará el amor. Allí comenzará un breve verano lleno de alegrías, decepciones, italo-disco, sexo, niños, locura, accidentes y cantantes callejeros.

An oppressive heat and economic crisis in the most important coastal city in Argentina. "Mikei" begins working for Oscar, a self-proclaimed inventor of "Happy Trains." Once on the train, he will meet a princess and find love. It will be the beginning of a brief summer full of joys, disappointments, Italo-disco, sex, children, madness, accidents and street singers.

TOMÁS PERNICH (Zárate, Argentina, 12/04/1987) Estudió Cine en el Centro de Investigación Cinematográfica en Buenos Aires (C.I.C) y es licenciado en Enseñanza Audiovisual de la Universidad de San Martín. Dirigió cortometrajes independientes, y participó largometrajes como asistente de dirección, editor, músico, y actualmente trabaja en post-producción dentro de la industria cinematográfica argentina. Actualmente se encuentra en la producción de su primer largometraje: “El Búho Negro”.

TOMÁS PERNICH (Zárate, ARGENTINA, 1987) He studied Cinema at the Cinematographic Research Center in Buenos Aires (C.I.C) and has a degree in Audiovisual Education from the University of San Martín. He directed independent short films, and participated in feature films as an assistant director, editor, musician, and currently works in post-production within the Argentine film industry. He is currently in the production of his first feature film: ¨El Búho Negro¨.
