Synopsis / Synopsis

Malena, una popular escritora de autoayuda que atraviesa una depresión que contradice su reciente éxito, lidia con la visita sorpresa de su padre, mientras un programa de televisión la visita para entrevistarla sobre su último trabajo: "Padres Felices".

Malena is a popular, successful self-help writer that is going through a depression. While she's dealing with the surprise visit of her dad, a TV Show is coming to her house for an interview about her latest work: "Happy Parents".

Biofilmografia / Biofilmography

CARMÍN AISEN y FRANCO ALBERTTI (ARGENTINA; 1995, 1993) se conocieron estudiando Diseño de Imagen y Sonido en la UBA. Escribieron y dirigieron su primer cortometraje en conjunto No todo tiene que funcionar (2019) y desde entonces funcionan como dupla de dirección. Su más reciente trabajo es Vértigo (Videoclip, 2020), y su siguiente cortometraje, Las cosas que no funcionan, está en etapa de post-producción.

CARMÍN AISEN y FRANCO ALBERTTI (ARGENTINA; 1995, 1993) met studying Audiovisual Design at University of Buenos Aires. They wrote and directed their first short film, Not everything has to work out (2019), and they work as a Directing Duo since then. Their most recent piece is Vértigo (Music Video, 2019) and their next short film, The things that do not work, it’s on post-production stage.
