En medio del desierto del Sáhara Occidental, donde no hay agua, ni árboles, ni animales, sino un grupo de refugiados, que viven y luchan en pobreza para sobrevivir en el duro hábitat, el problema más lejano que puedas enfrentarte es la crisis ambiental.

In the middle of Western Sahara desert, where no water, no trees, no animals live but a bunch of refugees, struggling in poverty to survive the harsh habitat, the least of the problem one might face is the environmental crisis.

CESARE MAGLIONI (ITALIA, 1977)Cesare (Forli, Italia, 1977) es ingeniero mecánico de formación, pero ahora se dedica full-time al audiovisual. En 2016 dirige y graba el mediometraje documental CEUX QUI NOUS NOURRISENT  Llegado a Euskadi en 2016 realiza el cortometraje LA VOZ DE CÉSAR  Participa en varias piezas audiovisuales profesionales (OZPINAREN SINDROMEA por Zazpi T’Erdi, 2016, TARDE PARA EL RECREO por Pablo Malo, 2016, SUPERVIVERE por Paco Arasanz, 2017) y colabora en muchas mas. En 2017 realiza en Suiza la serie de cortos documentales titulada HÉROS ORDINAIRES  y el cortometraje LA PLASTIKERIA.En 2019 funda, junto con Amaia San Sebastian y Enara Tejadas Aguirre, la asociación de cine b>egia y gana, en el concurso internacional “Planeta Verde en 60” de la plataforma Cultura Inquieta, Actualmente en codirección con Telmo Irureta Uría está trabajando en la realización del largometraje de ficción DE AGUA Y ARENA y está desarrollando sus proximas obras documentales.

In 2016 he directed and recorded the documentary medium-length film CEUX QUI NOUS NOURRISENT Arrived in Euskadi in 2016, he made the short film LA VOZ DE
CÉSAR Participates in several professional audiovisual pieces (OZPINAREN SINDROMEA by Zazpi T’Erdi, 2016, LATE FOR RECREATION by Pablo Malo, 2016, SUPERVIVERE by Paco Arasanz, 2017) and collaborates in many more. In 2017 he made in Switzerland the series of documentary shorts entitled HÉROS ORDINAIRES and the short film LA PLASTIKERIA. In 2019 he founded, together with Amaia San Sebastian and Enara Tejadas Aguirre, the film association b> egia and won, in the international contest “Green Planet In 60 ”of the Cultura Inquieta platform, currently in co-direction with Telmo Irureta Uría is working on the realization of the fiction feature film DE AGUA Y ARENA and is developing his next documentary works.
