SASHA KASATKINA (Moscú, Rusia, 16/06/1999) Cineasta afincada en Viena que trabaja con imágenes narrativas que combinan el realismo con exploraciones surrealistas del inconsciente. Nacida en Rusia y marcada por un bagaje transnacional, su obra se centra en historias humanas íntimas, rastreando corrientes emocionales subyacentes, la memoria y la identidad a través de un lenguaje cinematográfico sobrio pero evocador. En colaboración con la actriz y creadora griega Ino Matsou, dirigió «Reconnect».

Born in Russia and shaped by transnational background, her work focuses on intimate human stories, tracing emotional undercurrents, memory, and identity through a restrained yet atmospheric cinematic language. In collaboration with Greek actress and creator Ino Matsou, she directed “Reconnect”.
