En un día gris y aburrido en un loft de Nueva York, Ian encuentra una curiosa forma de comunicarse con su nueva vecina Ana. A veces sobran las palabras para entenderse.

One of those boring days Ian finds out that he can talk with his new neighbor in a very different way. Sometimes we don't need words.

VIOLETA BARCA-FONTANA (Barcelona, 1978) Entre 1998 y 2000 trabajó en producciones tanto alemanas como inglesas. 2001, 2ª ayudante de dirección de Carlos Saura en “Salomé”, 1er ayudante de dirección en el largometraje “La Fiesta” y Ayudante de producción en “La Marcha Verde” de José Luis García-Sánchez. 2003 produce el largometraje “La fiesta” distribuida por Buena Vista Internacional. 2004 dirige el documental “Okoko, cruzando África Negra” y co-escribe el largometraje “Atrévete”. 2006 finaliza su segundo guión “Entre Raíles” y el cortometraje “El Reencuentro”. 2007 se marcha a Nueva York donde dirige varios cortometrajes: “Dialogue”, “Inspiration”, “The city”, “Loft” y “Where´s Woody?”. 2008 Dirige en Los Ángeles, EEUU, el episodio piloto de la serie “The director’s nuts” para la televisión estadounidense. Actualmente está escribiendo su tercer largometraje.

VIOLETA BARCA-FONTANA (Barcelona, 1978) During 1998-2000 she worked in German and English productions (Hornblower II) as production assistant. In 2001 2nd assistant director in Carlos Saura’s “Salome”, 1st assistant director in “La Fiesta” and production assistant in “La Marcha Verde” directed by Jose Luis García Sanchez. 2003 produces the feature film “La fiesta” distributed by Buena Vista International. 2004 writes and directs the documentary “Okoko, cruzando África Negra” and co-writes the feature “Atrévete”. In 2006 she finishes her second script “Entre Raíles” and directs the shortfilm “El reencuentro”. 2007 she moves to New York where she directs: “Loft” “Dialogue”, “Inspiration”, “The City” and “Where´s Woody?”. 2008 she goes to Los Angeles, CA to direct a TV pilot for the American TV stations. Right now she is writting her third feature film.
